We use this program at our office to process records for more than 40 clients. Ultra F.A.R.M. allows us to put in number of head and number of pounds which are needed to do an analysis of your farm. This analysis will tell you what areas of your farm are profitable and which areas need improvement. The Ultra F.A.R.M. program is Windows based and is available for you to purchase and use at home with our support or we can process your records for you in our office. By having our office do your records, they will be done accurately to provide you with the lowest taxable income possible.
- QuickBooks QuickBooks is the software we offer to our clients that are non-farm oriented. The record keeping is very business based and offers various reports for clients to follow their progress as the year evolves. We also use QuickBooks for all of our payroll needs, including our farm clients. The payroll portion of QuickBooks can track the simplest payroll to tracking each individual job your employees are working on. We have the ability to print checks, monthly reports and year end W-2’s.
