Total Agri-Business Services (TABS) is an employee-owned small business located in Albany, Minnesota. “Helping people achieve their goals” has been our mission for decades as TABS is focused on providing quality services to individuals, farmers, and businesses. We care about building strong working relationships with our clientele, and that’s why since 1982, clients have chosen to do business with TABS.
 By working with TABS, you will receive many of the services you need for your farm or business success at a one-stop shop.

Clients can decide to have TABS do their record keeping, financial reports for lenders, payroll services, tax preparation, and strategic business planning and consulting. Meet Our Team

Linda Theisen

Linda has been with TABS for over 30 years. Her expertise is in farm management records. Linda has a degree in agribusiness office management from Ridgewater College, Willmar. She has worked closely with many clients over the years and has experience with everything from records and tax preparation to farm transfers. Linda also consults on tax related issues and is knowledgeable in the Ultra Farm Recordkeeping system.  Linda enjoys spending time with her family and especially her grandson.

Selena Bueckers

Selena is an Enrolled Agent with the IRS. She has been with TABS since 2001 and earned her EA status in 2015. Selena’s specialty is tax preparation for individuals, farmers, and businesses. She also does extensive work with payroll, business records, and Quickbooks whether for small businesses or farmers.   Selena loves spending time with her husband and friends up north at the cabin, and is an avid hunter.

Steve Notch

Steve has been with TABS since 2018. Prior to joining TABS he worked as an ag lender for over 30 years. He currently specializes in the farm business management side at TABS working with various farm and commercial business accounts by creating balance sheets, cash flow projections and year-end financial analysis. In addition, he helps create business plans for new beginning farmers or farm operations looking to transition to the next generation or to change the structure of the farm. In 2022 Steve also became eligible to complete tax returns and has added that to the array of things he does for the organziation.  Steve enjoys camping and fishing along with maintaining a supersized garden with his wife, Jan, in his free time.

TABS is now hiring for a tax preparer position. We are looking for someone to join our team who has experience preparing personal, farm, and/or commercial taxes. Enrolled Agent status is preferred but not required.

This position provides plenty of flexibility with the potential to become an owner within the next few years. Benefits include vacation, SIMPLE IRA, dental and vision insurance.  Also appreciated but not required is knowledge of more complex tax returns such as corporation, partnership, estate and gift tax, and/or non-profit. Familiarity and understanding of payroll processing, QuickBooks, and business record preparation is also helpful.  

TABS offers a family orientated working atmosphere. Our workload is more demanding during the winter months and tax time, but summer time has lots of flexibility and our hours vary by demand. This position also has the future potential for stock ownership in our business.
